Please kindly contact us and describe the bug in details.

  1. If it is a minor bug, we will fix it within 2-3 working days, release a hot-fix for it, and notify you about that.
  2. If it is a major bug, we will add it to our to-do list and try to fix it in the next official release of our product. Please subscribe to our newsletter to get notifications on the new releases.
