Based on our refund policy, if you are eligible for a refund, you can contact us and send the request to us.
In your refund request, please provide us with the following details:
- What is the problem with your corrupt or damaged file?
- Have you encountered any errors when using our product? If yes, then can you please send the screenshots of the error messages to us?
- Whether our product complete the recovery process in the end? Whether the recovery is successful or not?
- Whether you get the wanted data in the recovery result? If not, what are your wanted data? You may give us some samples if the quantity of the data is huge.
- Is the recovery result completely useless to you?
Also please send us the repair log.
To get the repair log, please:
- Repair your file.
- After the reparation, click the “Save Log” button.
- In the save file dialog, make sure the “Include System Information” option is selected.
- Save the log into a file.
- Use WinZip or WinRAR to compress the log file and send it to us.
