I failed to repair my file with your product, why?

Please contact our technical support.

If possible, please also send us the repair log. To get the repair log, please do as follows:

  1. Repair your file
  2. After the repair process, click the “Save Log” button.
  3. In the save file dialog, make sure the “Include System Information” option is selected.
  4. Save the log into a file.
  5. Compress the file with WinZip or WinRAR and send it to us.

Also please tell us the reason for your file corruption so that we can serve you better.
