How to send the repair log to you?


  1. Repair your file.
  2. After the repair process, click the “Save Log” button.
  3. In the save file dialog, make sure the “Include System Information” option is selected.
  4. Save the log into a file.
  5. Use WinZip or WinRAR to compress the log file.
  6. Send it to us via:
    1. Email.
    2. Contact form: Click “Choose File” to select the compressed log file and add it to the contact form.
    3. Upload the compressed log file to Google Drive, DropBox or other cloud storage services. Then send the link to us.
