  1. And then open the target workbook.
  2. Click the tab “Developer” in the ribbon. If you cannot find it, you need to add the tab into the ribbon.
  3. And then click the button “Insert” in the toolbar.

  5. In the pop-up window, drag the scroll bar.

  9. In this step, right click the object.
  10. In the pop-up window, choose the option “Properties”.
  11. And then input the new URL that you get in step 2 into the “Movie”.
  12. Next close the properties window.
  13. You can adjust the size of the object according to your need.

  3. After that, you will see the “Object” window. Here click the tab “Create from File”.
  4. And then click the button “Browse”.
  5. In the “Browse” window, chose the path of the video file.
  6. Next select the target video file.
  7. And then click “Open” on the bottom of the window.

  10. The next time when you need to play this video, you can double click the object.
