  1. Actually, this is not categorizing calendar appointments as it just formats the appointments with specific colors. This has nothing to do with actually categorizing calendar appointments. It is also worth to mention that if a category is assigned to an appointment (e.g. through an automatic rule applied upon reception of a meeting invitation) it overrules the color formatting described in here so the formatting is not visible unless the actual category is removed from the appointment.

  2. I am also wondering if it’s possible for a delegate to auto-categorize calendar appointments for another user?
