  1. First thing, open your Word file.
  2. Then click “File” tab.

  4. Next choose “Adobe PDF” for “Printer”.
  5. Now you can click “Printer Properties” if necessary.
  6. If you do step 5, then you will open the “Adobe PDF Document Properties” dialog box. You can change the default settings and security level as well.Modify the Settings as You Like

  3. The “Save PDF File As” window will pop up. Next repeat step 4 and step 5 in method 1.
  4. Finally click “Save”.
