You can get free upgrades within one month after you purchased our product. Thereafter, to upgrade your copy of DataNumen product, you need to either subscribe our Annual Support and Maintenance Plan or pay a small upgrade fee, usually a fraction of of the original product price, to upgrade to a new version.

Please send us an upgrade request with your order ID so that we can help you complete the upgrade.
