For new orders, DataNumen will offer one month free support and maintenance after you purchase our products. Thereafter, you need to either subscribe our Annual Support and Maintenance Plan or pay for each support and maintenance incidence.

For upgrade orders, DataNumen will not offer any free support and maintenance, unless you have subscribe our Annual Support and Maintenance Plan.
