Sometimes your wanted emails and other objects are recovered but their names are changed or they are moved to some special folders such as “Recovered\_Groupxxx”, due to the corruption of the file. So to verify if the emails or other objects are recovered, you can use the email subjects or other properties of the object, to search for them.

As for a folder, if you still remember some of the emails in that folder, then you can search for these emails via their subjects, then based on the search result, find your wanted folder.
