A: Contact with our technical support: https://www.datanumen.com/contact/. If possible, please also save the repair log into a file(make sure the "Include System Information" option in the save file dialog is selected) and attach it in your e-mail.
Q: How to order the full version of DataNumen Zip Repair?
A: The demo version will scan your corrupt Zip file, repair it, and show a list of the recoverable items, but will not output the fixed file. To get the fixed file, you need to order the full version.
