Q: What's DataNumen Outlook Express Undelete?

A: DataNumen Outlook Express Undelete (DOEU) is a powerful tool to recover deleted emails from Outlook Express mail folders. It uses advanced technologies to scan the mail folders and recover accidentally deleted emails in them as many as possible.

Q: What is the current version?

A: The current release version of DOEU is 2.2.

Q: How to determine whether DOEU can recover deleted emails from my mail folder successfully, according to the results generated by the demo version?

A: Please just use the demo version to recover emails from your dbx file normally in "Recover" tab. If some deleted emails have been recovered from your file, you will see a messagebox after the recovery process, where you can click the "Show Recovery Report" button and see the detailed reports of all the recoverable emails.

According to these information, you can know whether DOEU works on your file and order the full version to get all the recoverable emails.

Q: I failed to recover emails from my Outlook Express mail folder with DataNumen Outlook Express Undelete, why?

A: In general, when an email is deleted, it will first be copied to the Deleted Items mail folder. Therefore, after that email has been deleted permanently, you can try to recover it from two mail folders, the first one is the original mail folder where the email is deleted, the second one is the Deleted Items mail folder.

If you cannot recover the required emails from both folders, then please contact with our technical support: https://www.datanumen.com/contact/. If possible, please also save the recovery log into a file(make sure the "Include System Information" option in the save file dialog is selected) and attach it in your e-mail.

Q: How to order the full version of DataNumen Outlook Express Undelete?

A: The demo version will report all the recoverable emails in the mail folders but will not output them. To get the recoverable emails, you need to order the full version.

There are personal license and business license, according to the different environments you are using DataNumen Outlook Express Undelete. With the personal license, you can use the program for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environments. With the business license, you can use the program in a corporate, government or business environments.
