Warning 5: The fixed file 'xxxxxxx' may have oversized 2GB PST file problem. xxxxxxx.

Explanation: This warning means the fixed destination file may have oversized 2GB PST file problem.

The warning message will be different for different versions of Outlook installed on your local computer system:

For Outlook 97-2002, the complete warning message will be "Warning 5: The fixed file 'xxxxxxx' may have oversized 2GB PST file problem. To prevent this, it is highly recommended to split the fixed file into several smaller ones(less than 1GB). Would you like to do so?" You need to make the decision whether to split the fixed file or not.

For Outlook 2003 or higher versions, the complete warning message will be "Warning 5: The fixed file 'xxxxxxx' may have oversized 2GB PST file problem. To prevent this, it is highly recommended to convert the fixed file to new Unicode format. Would you like to do so?" You need to make the decision whether to convert the fixed file to new Unicode format or not.

When recovering a single file:

If you select "Yes" button, then the recovery process will proceed and the fixed file will be splitted or converted automatically based on the recommendation.

If you select "No" button, then recovery process will proceed, but the fixed file will NOT be splitted or converted.

Otherwise, if you select "Cancel" button, then recovery process will be aborted.

When recovering a batch of files:

If you select "Yes" button, then the recovery process will proceed and the fixed file will be splitted or converted automatically based on the recommendation.

If you select "No" button, then recovery process will proceed, but the fixed file will NOT be splitted or converted.

Otherwise, if you select "Cancel" button, then DataNumen Exchange Recovery will skip the current file and go to the next one, and the next time when DataNumen Exchange Recovery encounters the same problem, a messagebox with this warning will popup again, and you need to make the decision again.
