# How to deactivate a license?

You can deactivate a license by:

1. Start the software.
 2. Go to the "About" tab.
 3. In the middle of the tab, you can see your license information.
 4. Please click "Deactivate License" button to generate a deactivation request file.
 5. Please send the file to us so that we can complete the deactivation process for you.
