# How to upgrade my product?

Please check our [upgrade policy](https://www.datanumen.com/upgrade/).

For the demo version, you can upgrade by:

1. Download the latest version from our website.
2. Install the latest version, which will uninstall the old version and then install the new version automatically.

For the full version, please [send us](/contact/) your order ID in your upgrade request.

If you are eligible for a free upgrade, then we will send you the download URL of the full version, together with the license key to activate your license.

If you are not eligible for a free upgrade, then we will send you the order URL for the upgraded version, so that you can proceed and pay for the upgrade.
