Recover file
Click "Recovery" tab in the dialog, you can start recovering corrupt dwg file:
1.Input or select the corrupt dwg file to be recovered. You may also click the search button 
to search and select the dwg file to be recovered in the local computer.
2.Specify the format of the corrupt dwg file. If you don't know the format of the corrupt dwg file, then you can select "Auto Determined" so that DDWGR will determine the dwg file format automatically.
Note: It is very time-consuming to let DDWGR to determine the dwg file format automatically. So if you know the source file format, it is better to set it explicitly instead of using "Auto Determined" option.
3.Specify the new file name in "Output fixed file as:" text box. After the corrupt dwg archive has been recovered, a new fixed one with the given name is generate. If the output fixed file name has ".dwg" extension, then the output file will be a dwg file. If the output fixed file name has ".dxf" extension, then the output file will be a dxf file.
4.Specify the format of the output file. By default, the output file format is set to "Same as source file", which means it will same as the source corrupt dwg file format. For example, if the source dwg file format is AutoCAD 2013, then the output file format will also be AutoCAD 2013. You may also select other formats. Currently AutoCAD R14 to 2017 formats are supported.
5.Click "Start Recovery" button to start the recovery process. You will see the change in progress bar. If you want to abort the recovery process, click the "Stop Recovery" button.
6.After the recovery process, a fixed file with the given name is generated. You can open it with popular dwg utilities, such as AutoCAD, etc.
7.You can click the "Save Log" button to save the recovery log into a file. You can also include additional information in the log file by selecting the "Include System Information" option in the save file dialog. These information can help our technical supports to diagnose your system and solve your problems more efficiently.
Note:
•If you are using a demo version of DDWGR, then after the reparation, it will show a preview of the recovered drawing, but will not output it. Please order the full version to get the actual recovered drawing.
