file still corrupted even after repair in full version

i tried the trial version on one file and it worked. however, now I purchased the full version and ran a test on the same file and now it is still corrupted. Any suggestions

I have not received anything with guidance. We have a full series of pdfs that are corrupted that contain Personal information. is that still ok to send to you with full confidentiality?
