  1. Outlook already has a feature already for when I accept invites. Checkered ribbon on left goes solid. How do I know when any or all accept an invite that I have sent?

  2. same here, I organize meetings and would like the color of the meetings to change automatically once all the attendees confirm. The above way does not work because I as the organizer cannot change my status from none to accepted.

  3. This works well for events I accept. I would like to know if all attendees have accepted. Is there a way to use color formatting for attendees?
