After being rescued from captivity, Sita lived in the hermitage of Valmiki, where she gave birth to two beautiful twins named Lava and Kusha. Valmiki, the sage and poet, took care of Sita and her children with love and compassion.

As the boys grew up, Valmiki imparted knowledge and wisdom to them, teaching them the ways of righteousness and virtue. Lava and Kusha, under the guidance of Valmiki, excelled in their studies and training.

It was in Valmiki’s hermitage that the twins learned about their mother’s noble lineage and the challenges she had faced in her life. They grew up knowing the importance of truth and duty, inspired by Sita’s resilience and grace.

Valmiki also taught Lava and Kusha the epic story of their father, Lord Rama, and the great sacrifices he had made for the good of the kingdom. The twins were deeply influenced by the tales of their heroic father and devoted mother.

Thus, in the serene surroundings of Valmiki’s hermitage, Lava and Kusha received a well-rounded education and imbibed the values of integrity, compassion, and courage. They grew up to be noble and virtuous young men, ready to face the challenges that destiny had in store for them.
