    What to do without coffee or tea in the morning or none at all. I follow my doctors or Nurse Practitioner’s homework assignments occasionally and not drinking coffee for three months sounded ok with me. I couldn’t dream of what experience it would be without drinking coffee during the day. I remembered some of my younger years of taking a shower to wake up in the morning. I would then go straight to work and cook breakfast for the family at age 14 intell graduation. So I gave three months for my NPR a try. At first, I had a tough time. I found it hard to think through the air ball in my head and deal with the ball thug around my head to remember and think by. Coffee always stimulated my thoughts to take on the day and made my blood flow through my body. I learned how to live without coffee which helped me work and do without coffee later in life when I had to. It taught me that coffee can be very addictive like cigarettes and I rely on coffee too much. The exercise allowed me to choose coffee for its taste and quality.
