College Firsts

1. First Day Jitters

As she stepped onto the college campus for the first time, the nervous excitement was palpable. The girl, dressed in a simple t-shirt and jeans, felt a mix of anxiety and anticipation swirling in her stomach.

She glanced around at the bustling crowds of students, each seeming to know exactly where they were going. Doubts crept into her mind – would she be able to find her classes? Would she make any friends? Would she fit in?

But as she walked further, she realized that she wasn’t the only one feeling out of place. Many students looked just as lost and unsure as she did. It was a comforting thought, knowing that she wasn’t alone in her nervousness.

With a deep breath, she pushed aside her doubts and made her way to her first class. As the day went on, she met new people, navigated the campus, and started to settle into the rhythm of college life. By the end of the day, she felt a sense of accomplishment and pride in facing her fears.

Wearing her simple t-shirt and jeans may not have made her stand out in the crowd, but it was a reminder of her authenticity and inner strength. And as she headed home, she knew that she was ready to face whatever challenges college threw her way.

2. Unfortunate Bullying

As she navigates through her school days, she unfortunately becomes the target of bullying. The hurtful remarks and actions from her peers cause her distress, which manifests physically through excessive sweating. The anxiety and fear induced by the bullying triggers a physiological response, leading to heightened perspiration.

Day after day, she dreads going to school, knowing that she will be subjected to taunts and mockery. The moment she enters the classroom, her palms start to sweat, and soon, her t-shirt is visibly wet from the uncontrollable perspiration. The cruel words and actions of others leave a lasting impact on her, affecting not only her emotional well-being but also her physical comfort.

Despite her efforts to ignore the bullies and carry on with her day, the constant harassment takes a toll on her mental health. The vicious cycle of bullying and sweating becomes a daily struggle for her, leaving her feeling isolated and vulnerable.

The unfortunate bullying she experiences not only leaves her t-shirt damp with sweat but also leaves a lasting mark on her self-esteem. She longs for the day when she can feel safe and accepted in her own skin, free from the torment of bullies.
